My son is beginning puberty. He has had 'man boobs' for awhile now. He has not been diagnosed by a Dr. as having Klinefleter or gynecomastia but I will ask at his next appointment. What worries me is him being teased in middle school for having boobs. I was thinking about getting him some Spanx undershirts (They have them for men now).
