My daughter is 12 and she gets so frustrated and mad with my 5 yr old son with aspergers.

How can I get her to understand that he is not trying to make her mad? For instance she gets angry that he always has something to say about whatever is going on. And he says it very loud. Or that he gets overwhelmed going to the car, store, park or anywhere he is not wanting to go.
