I would like to maneuver through the members to see who is in my area to start a support group and play date. Waxahachie, Tx.

Im running on little sleep in the hospital with one of my twins now, but while I have a free moment I want to try and meet families in my area to join forces in a support group, friendships etc for us and the kids.

Hi @A MyAutismTeam Member and welcome! Glad you found the site. Sorry to hear you're in the hospital - hope that goes ok! When you have time, one good way to reach out to local parents for a support group would be to search using the "Find Parents" tab, then identify 5 or 10 parents near you, and then - rather than posting to each one of them separately - you can just write one post but mention all of them by writing the "@" sign in front of their user name just like I mentioned you in this answer. For instance, if Mary and I lived near you, you might write, " @A MyAutismTeam Member and @A MyAutismTeam Member - would love to set up a play date with you all" etc..
