I believe there is a place in North Carolina that is willing to train family pets for people with Autism...sorry can't remember the name but you can google autism service dogs and family pet...Or contact local dog training/boarding places, some places offer intensive training that can be tailored to needs and will take your dog for a month or so, and then you attend classes to see how to up keep the behaviors...

bad news I did not get a chance to train my Dog he got killed by a speeding driver at work. My co workers buried him when they found him. :(
