Help my ex wont give my son his meds on the weekends or vacation time he has him. so my son goes days without it and comes home more upset and violent with his sisters and me. My daughter was recently diagnosed with dyslexia, I have been looking for an explanation why she can’t read when she is so smart now I know. My 12-year-old is dangerously aggressive and the meds that worked for years no longer work now that he's hit puberty. Our team is talking about admitting him to an in-patient program for 30 days to safely work him off of the medications he is taking and then add in new medications that might work better for him. For everyone that has a young child w autism and then had another baby, how did your child react and do w the new baby? Would you say it had a positive effect on the child or difficult for a bit? Also how hard was it to deal w your child's issues on top of the care of a new baby?

My son is 16 and was just diagnosed with Aspergers. He has been dating a girl for 2 years, but she lives over a hour away. Since they hardly see each other she doesn't realize the extent of his symptoms. My husband and I are extremely nervous on how to tell her and her parents the news. As anyone had experience in this? It will crush him if she breaks up with him because of this.
