My daughter goes to NECC New England Center for Children and is enrolled in the residential program. They do also have a day program and a partner program as well. You can have your child there until 22 if need be. They are very good at what they do even for the most severe cases. They will speak to you and also do an evaluation. In our case they knew they could help even before they even met my daughter and they have been great.

Also there is St.john of God ( westville nj) and others. St John of God is also phenomenal. They start programs for Early Intervention (in home) and they have a day care for special needs for non school age..by the way Bankbridge and St John of God both start full day programs at age 3 for disabled students. I know Bankbridge goes to 21 and fairly sure St. John does too.
