Has Anyone Changed From An ABA To A Full Time Floor Time Program?

Our 6 year old speaks in mostly words and phrases. He easily accomplished pre academics. He is in a full time ABA prog with group time which is slowly helping his behavior. Aggression is almost gone unless very excited around kids. He is waiting longer and eloping less. Tolerance to no will soon be introduced. I agree @A MyAutismTeam Member. Our past ABA programs focused on parent training. Our son is currently getting more hours and center based help, but less hands on parent training. This was helpful to hear.
