Has Anyone Tried MENDABILITY?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

I found this on the net and my instinct is telling me it's very promising. I wanted to try but it seems so expensive for us. I wanted to know if there are parents here who have tried and if it really works..

A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

All this going on, while yelling at the top of his lungs. Telling him to go sit in his chair, does nothing but make him angrier and if you try to take him to sit down, he just stiffens his whole body and stays in the spot or… read more

Mendability
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hi. I was researching how to incorporate use of essential oils, and I stumbled onto the study using "Environmental Enrichment" for kids with autism. I believe that this is the basis for Mendability (a program for which you pay a certain amount of money a month to have help from OT's in carrying out a sort of sensorimotor stimulation program adapted for your kid). Makes some intuitive sense to me. I found one old question about using Mendability, and wanted to see if anyone else has used it.
