My daughter is having trouble keeping up in class and is behind in reading. She gets help from the teacher but still isn’t completing her work in the classroom. She is reluctant to do homework. She says that she can’t read. She’s reading with help the books that she’s familiar with, and I think that she’s memorizing the words. My daughter often browses these sites, as they have to do with her obsessions. She uploads her fan art and questions about her obsessions to these sites. For example, she gets her Adventure Time and Miraculous Ladybug news from Reddit, and she looks at cartoon characters with inflated bellies and/or a character with another in their belly on Deviant Art.
