Developmental pedatrician in NYC

Hi everyone need some help for my niece. Please If anyone knows of a respectful developmental pediatrician in New York City (queens preferred) But she is able to go to any of the five boroughs. Please send techniques for dealing with impulsive aggression from my 5 yr old towards his siblings and me. THis is a daily occurance and i find that when we're all together it is always me trying to stop him from hurting others.

I'm wanting to start respite hours but not sure how ! With 30 hours of HAB !! HELP

I would love to get sometime to my self once in a while it would be nice or even with the hubby just us two ! Right know I have everything approved and ready to go I have a respite person but just not sure what time I can have off !!! My son has summer school Monday Wednesday and Friday from 9-1 and HAB from 1:30-6:30 . Adopting special needs: did your acceptance of the dx come sooner when already known?

I have biological and adopted children with ASD. I was ready to handle known special needs in my daughter (adopted at age five), but was in denial with my biological son for a while until the school's actual dx was obvious. Has anyone tried the online ABA trianing for parents? Several companies offer it.

My current insurance does not cover ABA and my daughter was dening long term care. I can not afford the therapy private pay, I was considering one of the several online programs offered.
