This is a description of the class that I am going to sign her up for:

Movement Mania
For ages 4-6. Looking for a way for your little one to be active, have fun, and exercise all at the same time? This class will increase body awareness, balance, flexibility, coordination, agility, gross motor skills, and strength through fun and creative activities.

Special Accommodations:
If you have a disability and will need assistance or special accommodations in order to enjoy any of these programs or events, call Therapeutic Recreation no later than ten working days prior to the program date. For programs that require registration, please call and also check the accommodation box on the registration form.

Thanks for your input. I contacted the parks and rec in my area and was happy to find out that my daughter would be able to attend any class they offer in her age group and a one on one mentor would be provided. Early sign-up is requested so that they have enough time to gather information on how best to serve my daughter. My new mantra for this year will be "You don't know until you ask"...

Excited about shopping for a tutu for my little one.

One happy mommy.
