The ME Book by Lovaas. And also look into the Behavioral Interventions for Children with Autism by Catherine Maurice. The latter has charts you can mark for progress towards each skill (which are presented sequencially).
The Catherine Maurice book is a good place to start. It will help you figure out where to start and what to work on. I like the you Tube idea. There will be information on how to target certain goals and examples of ABA sessions.
