You should check with your individual airline. If they offer something they should be able to expedite you through security etc. I know jetBlue has "silent boarding" where you can board before anyone else and get settled before the rest of the plane gets on. You have to call them and ask them to annotate your record. I love jetBlue for this reason, among others.

Is that what you mean by autism program?
