Just to piggy back off a previous question
How to get your son to stand when he sees you sit
I never had a problem taking my son into the Ladies room. When his brother is with us he would take him. My problem is that his Dad would (at times) sit on the toilet so my son saw that and knowing Mommy does that he thinks he is suppose to also. When at home I catch him sitting down to pee. My son is 16 and most of the time he sits to pee. I don't have a problem with it. Honestly my husband sits sometimes to pee as well so to me it is no big deal. As long as he is not spraying across the bathroom. lol.

My son is 12 and is 5'6" tall and 200 lbs and he still sits everytime he uses the toilet.
