Thinking of going GF who here has done it and what have you noticed in your child? Thanks

We have been GF/CF/SF for 3 months. We have noticed a major improvement in eye contact, much better joint attention, and generally better engagement. She had painful gas and chronic constipation that is now resolved. Her mood has improved now that she is not struggling with gastrointestinal problems, and also, she previously had frequent absence seizures that have now lessened significantly. It doesn't work for every child, but I would give it a try. Make sure to commit to a full six weeks and chart changes in behavior.

We have been doing GF and no soy. We have seen a significant difference in my son. He is three, and he had terrible BM issues. He always seemed like his eyes were glazed and foggy also tons of meltdowns. We have been doing the diet for three months and he is having BM's regularly and seems present and does more eye contact. Of course he still has meltdowns but not as many. It has helped us.
