I was trying to find a good grant program; I would like to put some outdoor play equipment for my little girl and safety or baby proofing material that I can purchase to keep her safe.

Have you checked with your county board of developmental disabilities? I got some equipment for my son through them, however it was with his waiver, and the waiting lists can be long.
