We like the games on the WII Fit. My son likes on that you are running thru an obstacle course & one on a beach setting where you are popping balloons. Most games are 1-3 minutes and he is getting some excersize (sp?)
Trampoline helps, and I have a hammock too. Look on Pinterest, tons of ideas there.
Both Wii games and Xbox Kinect are really popular in our house. There are also exercise videos on our cable tv that they really enjoy doing. We also have Yoga Kids DVDs by Gaiam. A lot people say good things about the mini trampolines that are for indoor use (usually marketed as fitness equipment). You could play Simon Says and make it pretty aerobic.
We have been snowed in - in a little apartment. I have been turning up the music and letting my hyper little bean jump on the bed and have been doing some dancing!
