Weekend Visitation

My daughter is 5, non verbal Autistic with several other health issues. She had been going to her Dads every other weekend but right before Christmas, she came back freaked out! Started self biting behavior, never done that until then. She gets hysterical when i tell her it's her turn to go see him, I have not been forcing her to go. You can always have the police or child protection service do a well check to ensure that your child is safe when she is there.... if you are afraid that she is being harmed.

I hate to say it but if he has court ordered visitation then your handsare tied. Focus on make the ttransition to dads easier. Maybe u could take her there, go inside for a few minutes even. How long have u been seperated?
