In Search Of A Urologist In Pennsylvania

I am looking for a Urologist to care for my 21 year old daughter with moderate/severe autism. Needs to have patience and understanding as well as be able to handle complex Urinary issues. We live in Northeastern Pa and are willing to travel with the state of Pa or bordering NY. Does anyone have any recommendations?
