If he is still like that in a week or two I would call the Dr just in case .

My son was on Tenex 1mg in the afternoon after school and he done all right . They just recently increased it to 2mg and it is making him quite tired , but my son is on several other medications . Sometimes it will take a week or two to adjust to the medicine from my experience .

I would call your Dr. Our son has never had much of an appetite unless it's something he loves. Our son did sleep a little more than the norm when we started the Tenex, but he also takes Abilify.
