I use EO's on my son. Cedarwood, vetiver, lavender and frank. All in a blend-for a base. He has adhd as well so that helps to calm him. For autism, I use different things for him based on the kind of day he is having. Brain power, clary sage, common sense are all great. I also use MindWise for him. That has been wonderful! I truly believe in the help these oils give my son, I have seen such amazing changes in him!

I have been using Frankinsense, Cederwoood, Lavender, Peppermint & Valor.....not all at once.

As I just bought a starter kit I am trying them all out and learning about them they seem to work well even for me with allergies and our colds

We use essential oils with my son and they are awesome

I would like to know too, I usually use baby oil, giving my son massages, it helps calm him down.
