Our son has a very limited diet that consists mostly of junk food. We're looking for a feeding specialist who can help him increase his food choices.

We did group food therapy and it is really to teach you some techniques. Our son did try one new food in about 8 sessions so it was helpful as he still eats that now. But overall it was mostly processed junk that was being introduced in food school and some few veggies. You may have better luck. Worth a try.
