Would you be willing/comfortable to hire some one to do a functional analysis of a target behavior and write up a plan, possibly train staff in addition to of course training/modeling with family if they had years of experience, and references, but not a BCBA (board certified behavioral anaylist) but they are taking courses to become certified? also knowing that the cost would be much less than a BCBA would charge?
