Does Any One Have Experience With School Districts, County Programs, ABA, Etc In The Elk Grove Or Folsom, CA Area?

My son is 4 1/2 with ASD and primarily non verbal with an AAC device. We are considering a move for next school year when he goes into Kindergarten, but are currently doing research on the schools and setups for special education. Any feedback provided would be greatly appreciated!

Ca, has the best schools so don't move but mine kid just started kindergarten and they have a special place for the kids with ASD
