I personally have migraines. I had my first one at 5. I always three up as a child. Ask the doc about that. They can diagnose them and get you something to abort the pain. Since autism goes hand in hand with other neurological disorders, migraines could make sense. They are more a disease than just a headache. I've found mine progress over time. Good luck. Happy to help with any advice if it is migraines. Also, my non autistic son complained of headaches. He gets the occasional migraine (boys usually out grow them) but I had his eyes checked and he hasn't really had a headache since getting glasses.
Just speaking from personal experience, I get migraines and they sometimes cause me to vomit... Maybe your child is having migraines? How old?
