Look on Amazon to get a good deal. Also, my 4yo used it and it worked for him. My 6yo hated it. You may also want to get one that has optional weights, as they work for some kiddos.

He just makes lots of consonant sounds like c, b, boo, be, baby, w, wow, d, da, stuff like that.

Tell me how that goes... How is his speech?

He does look at his hand....I am looking into a pressure vest to see if it will satisfy some of his sensory needs so he will pay attention better.
