What do you encourage for independent play. Be have drawing and puzzles down but can't seem to find anything else she'll take interest in. She's almost 3 and electronics are not an option at this time.
Musicial instruments is a thought. I'd love for her to learn to play something. :)

I've been reading a bit about HBOT (Hyperbaric oxygen therapy), there is a facility near me. My son is seven years old, and at an age when his prefrontal cortex is going through a growth stage, I felt it might be beneficial. My paediatrician feels there's not enough research to confirm any success with HBOT. And she is more conservative regarding treatments. There can be negative side effects which are deterring. I thought I'd ask if anyone else has any experience with this therapy!

Has any one has success with white noise, pink noise brown? My son already takes meds to sleep but it’s the falling asleep that he has issues with. It was suggested to try a noise machine but when I started to research- so many. I had no idea. Has anyone had better success with one compared to another.

hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and also Ondamed therapy (electromagnetic).
You've gotten some great info on HBOT. In a cursory look at Ondamed, I would be very leery of it. Anything claiming to cure lots of unrelated conditions is a pretty sure sign of quackery.
