Has Anyone Used The Essential Oils? Does It Work? Which Ones Should We Try?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was asked today if we would like to try some essential oils. One of my parents at my works sells these oils. As i research more and more it seems people have seen great results in veitvar and lavendar oils for sleep and focus. Has anyone ever used essential oils for help like this? Have you seen results? What kinds of oils would you suggest we try at home for a child with ASD with SPD?

We use lavender oil and epsom salt during bath time. Also, i will add some in his body lotion after bath.

I use coconut oil I rub it all over the body so if he wakes up in the middle of the night our routine is a 10-15 minute rub down to help the body and mind relax. I definitely think you should use lavender oil.
