School Placement

My school district wants my 9 years old who attends SDC class in public local school attend the non public school that's far from my home. Do I have right to say no? They kept pushing me to visit that school in far. Any suggestions or has anyone have this experience?

Yes, they are providing bus. My daughter doesnt do good in bus usually. She will come home at 3:30 pm whereas she comes at 2:15 from current school. She has ABA therapy at home staring 2:30. Therspist said it might take a while to find someone in new timing.
