Aggression And Puberty
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone experienced frequent aggressive behavior in their adolescent? My daughter is having these melt downs at school-new to middle school this year. and recently had one at Grandma's. Grandma house was full with family from out of town. It's like she is having this flight or fight anxiety response. Any suggestions on how I can minimize or stop this behavior?

My son is 13 and puberty has definitely caused an increase in aggressive behavior. I can't really say what works over something else. I make sure he gets tons of outside time ( jumping, swinging, etc ) and we tried gluten free diet again
