Switching BT's Every 3 To 6 Months At ABA Normal?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hey All, I have a question about ABA. Does anyone's clinic have their kids BT's change on a 3-6 month basis? I'm finding this a little odd and just wanted opinions from other parents

My son has had the same BT for 4 years, who comes into our home. Oftentimes, these clinics will place different people in our children's lives, which I believe is harmful. My children have a hard time dealing with strangers once they begin to warm up to a constant person. Continue the search for a constant BT. Blessings!

we had the same therapist for a year until she quit ABA. I think they tend to keep the same therapist with the same kid so they don't have to constantly work on rapport building. I get so sick of slow progress due to lack of rapport but I'm feeling crabby
