She is not holding her feeding bottle yet but picks up minute things and eat . the doctor has suggested some games and activities for her but she is not following what I say.. Pls help me to make her follow, even rewarding her with wat she likes is not working, pls help

It can take several months for them to gain a skill sometimes. Just keep working on it every day & she will continue to make progress. :)

Thanks everyone, she was diagnosed already and the doctor said she needs training for responding name call and to follow directions. Now she responds when our family members call her , but making her do wat I say like stacking rings and building blocks is wat I work for. How long will it take , as we are trying for past one month

Another suggestion is to make an appointment with a Neurologist they can determine if you child has autism and if it isn't they can tell you what it is. Early intervention can evaluate and tell you they think your child has autism but they cannot officially diagnose it you need a doctor for that.

I would contact your Early Access in your area. It's free help & they will come to your house & work with your child. They work with children with developmental delays & they can help you get in contact with other Speech & Occupational therapies in your area. If you don't know who to call, your local school would be able to give you the name & number.
