7 Yr Old Boy With HFA/ADHD Aggressive Only At School

My son is 7 yrs old and has HFA/ADHD he has been on several meds to help him focus and impulsiveness/aggressive behavior but nothing has really seemed to work. I'm worried hes really going to hurt someone or himself more than he already has. Is there anyone who can give me advice on that.
