There is also a new private school for children on the spectrum in Englewood. It's called The Lotus Center for Autism.

My son just started going tothe lotus center this year! 😁

There is a play group at the Jacaranda Library in Venice on the first and third Tuesday of each month. The group for little ones is 5:15-6:15 and the older group starts at 6:30.

No not that I know of thought that would be nice but when I ask no one really says of any around our area. I thought if kids could have others to play with especially for us since were new down here & only have some friends at Church .We could take them to play when they got anxious if there were groups to join. Only place we go is Grandparents group once a month in Bradenton ,Fl.
