What Is A Better Way To Respond To People Who Think They Are Specialists In ASD When Neither They Or Their Kids Have ASD?
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’m asking because I have a long time friend, love her to death, but we were on the phone for a very long time when Aziel and his ASD became the next topic to talk about. She kept asking me, “what coping strategies do we have in place for when he can’t ‘stim’?” She kept on with using scenarios that do not apply to my kid.
