Should I let him run around naked and play in the grass outside ? Or should I make him put clothes on ? I’m just concerned about what the neighbors will say . We have a 10ft wall around so they won’t be able to see unless the little kids next door peek over which they did yesterday . I need opinions... he seems happy playing outside .
I let my now 30 yr old brother go naked outside any time he wants.
Thanks for your reply. The program sounds great but my grandson lives in Dunedin. It wouldn't be feasible for my daughter to get him there and back due to her job. The few programs I found were in… read more
HE has ASD PDD NOS, high functioning, ever since he started having friends over at the house he has not been as affectionate and all he cares about is his friends and their opinion of him. I asked him to put on his shoes while walking around the yard and he yelled "ok, woman". The new neighbor heard him and Im so mortified. We've been working on him to fix this problem, he does not do it so much with my husband but he disrespects me quite a bit. Help, any thought?

My daughter is 12 years old and, for about the past year, she has been in the habit of taking things that do not belong to her or that she does not have permission to use. It started off with her taking food items, mainly snacks. Now she has gone as far as going into my purse and taking credit cards in an attempt to purchase a game. We have tried on numerous occasions to correct this behavior. We have tried explaining that taking things that do not belong to you is wrong and asking her how… read more
My grandson did that at about 12 and 13 also. I had him say in his head "Is this mine" and practicing that over and over he eventually quit. Did the same thing when he would tell on his brother. The… read more
My son was diagnosed with ASD level 1, 2 years ago. He is about to turn 13 in a couple of weeks and I am wrecking my brain trying to decide what to do for his birthday. We have a very limited income as I am disabled and we are currently in the process of trying to apply for SSI benefits for him for the second time. This is a special milestone and I would like to do something special for him but he doesn’t have any friends and we live away from family. It’s just the two of us. Does anyone have… read more
