Bags Under Toddler Eyes?

Recently noticed my son has bags under his eyes. He was tested 6months ago for allergies and was told he does not. He's verbal but to a certain extent. Not sure what could be causing the bags. Anyone else have the same problem with their toddlers eyes?

Most of my children have sleep issues and bags under their eyes could also be caused by rubbing or crying

If there are sleep issues, you should talk your doctor. Melatonin might help.
