HI, @A MyAutismTeam Member my son also does this and he is 17. He started nose bleeds a few weeks ago, and he can stop picking those scabs. I know I had to put him on morning and pm antihistamines. I used to use benadryl, but then when older he got diagnosed by dermatologist with dermatographia. ( skin writing) He uses band aids that are flexible to cover most things, so he can't pick them.
