I can't think of a site specifically for siblings of Autistic people, but there are a decent number of people here who take care of Autistic people as part of their job and aren't parents or guardians of Autistic people (I myself am just a non-speaking Autistic teen's one-on-one aide/caregiver), so you don't necessarily have to have Autistic children to participate in this group.
