Mother of a 4 yr old girl recently diagnosed with ASD. I just can't seem to find any offices that are close that offer these services for kids with autism. Either the places that offer speech therapy don't work with autistic children or they have a long waiting list.
Does anyone live in south central PA area and have recommendations for speech or occupational therapist?
There used to be a brain balance location in mechanicsburg but it's closed now. :(
call your county government office and tell them what you are looking for and they can help. My 4 year old grand daughter goes to the elementary school in the morning for special classes for a few hours. You have to have paper work with her diagnosis for her to go here , paid for through the counties school taxes program. I am Cec, let me know if you need more help.
