My husband has a self funded insurance plan through his employer which does not cover anything under the diagnosis autism, including ABA.I have been searching for a place that will provide my son with ABA, which I will pay out of pocket until open enrollment in November when we can search for a new plan. I contacted The Puzzle Place in Freehold, NJ and they told me that it would be $4500 a week for 15 hours of ABA which is the minimum they do. Hi I hope things worked out for you. I too visited the puzzle place....hmmmmm. is all i will say to ricki. I truly trust things are going better for you. My son is now 3 and 1/2...it has been quite a journey so far

Yes and I emailed the director back just to get her answer in writing after our telephone conversation. I was told that it is by law they have to bill the full price even though insurance would never pay that amount in or out of network. Every other place I contacted I was told the range per hour was $125-150 for a BCBA.
