Hi guys. My son used to go to the salon and see a lady that understood his needs (no water on his hair, no clippers around the ears, etc.) but she no longer cuts hair. Is there anyone in Las Vegas, Henderson, or Summerlin that cuts hair for special needs kids. He is 10 and cool cuts "is for babies" according to him. His hair is a mess and I need help please.
