Gluten Free Diet

So I have been looking into a gluten free diet for my son and I’ve read a lot of positive things about the diet. One issue I have is... he is an extremely picky eater. Has anyone ever switched their picky eaters over to a gluten free diet? Is so, how did it work? What recipes were used?
