The Nemechek Protocol
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

Just started the Nemechek Protocol and have seen amazing results in just 2 weeks. Has anyone experienced this? The site doesn’t say anything about it. Why isn’t this doctor more well known?
Super simple Protocol. Use of prebiotic Inulin, crank up Omega 3 and Omega 9, only use the best quality Olive oil, California Extra Virgin Olive Oil is to be the best. No more Omega 6 supplements and it’s been an amazing experience

Hi! My son is 20 months and he has been on the protocol for about 2 months. We are seeing some excellent progress as well. His receptive language has really improved. He had lost the few words he had with the exception of “fish” around 13 months old. He started saying “mama” again recently. We are hearing consonant sounds again and he is actually attempting to say some words we try to say. He says “push” now when he wants to be pushed in his toy car. He used to not mimic at all. His eye contact is a lot better, his sensory issues aren’t as bad as they were, he points more to show us things, he’s learned to sign a lot more things, he went from rarely responding to his name to responding just about all of the time. He can focus on one activity longer and stay on task when we are trying to teach him something. Basically his awareness and communication have really improved. He still cries a lot, but it’s more of the terrible two tantrums and not really meltdowns like he used to have. He’s like a different kid. His early intervention speech therapist didn’t see him for a month and said she wouldn’t believe he was the same kid if she didn’t know better. Every therapist he has has commented on his improvement. We recently had a relapse due to antibiotics. It was an awful few weeks, but he’s on the mend and getting back to where he was. The protocol has been amazing for us.

I have been on this protocol for over a month but I can't say I have seen anything different. Started slow on inulin, because the full dose sent my son crazy-angry, so I am on half dose and full dose of omega 3 and olive oil. From what I can see from other testimonials, the biggest differences are from kids who were non verbal and started to speak and things like that. My son is pretty functional, although not particularly high functional, so perhaps it's harder to see any differences. I also read the book about it and it makes sense; it's not the only things we do for my son though, as I believe detox is a must too.

When you explain the right and wrongs of the situation or lesson do it sternness in your voice and tell him his body belongs to him just as well as your friends body and if he continues start threatening to take things away from
