Me too. I also have an 18yr old with learning difficulty and mental health issues and a 13yr old with ADHD. All I can say is try to do something for yourself every so often and take one day at a time. There are days I have no idea what I am doing and days that go smoothly. We have our ups and downs exvept the downs are a bit more extreem than 'normal' households. I don't worry about the house work too much cause it will get done at some point, the kitchen starts off clean and ends up clean each day tho. Washing gets done at night when kids are in bed and with the rest I just wing it. Routine for the kids is a must but not always possible depending on appointments etc.. and if you can get some respite for a few hrs each week its great.
