HI Tm, hmm, the questions I have are first, what grade is he in, second, what is their reason? Another, will he be in the inclusive room for the whole day?

Hi Tm, if they want to do that to your son, homeschool him. They wanted to do the same to my son too, and I couldn't let that happen. To be honest, the clock on our children is ticking. Many people I know take the school to court, but their kid still ends up waiting and that's time they lose. If you could, homeschool him.

Thank you..he is in 3rd grade. He will be in that room for all academics and with a gen ed class for gym, art, music and computers. He is behind academically and difficulties socially. The resource room where his work and grades come from currently do not teach science or social studies. Also has a parapro all day including lunch and recess.
