Has anyone used any medications to help with autism that don;t have many side effects

Yes, probiotics, and Vitamin B, work wonders. You have to give them time. Don't use the poison doctors prescribe, because they're just bandaids.
Probiotics will help with stomach gut issues/constipation, Vitamin B(it isn't just Vit.B-12, it's all of the Vit.B's, my son takes Youngevity's BTT 2.0 tablets, the probiotics we buy from Costco. I have noticed a big change in my son, please note, these supplements are not going to make autism go away.

My daughter is on risperdal twice a day and has 0.5 ml morning and evening. So far no side effects and has been taking this for 18 months now.
Also has melatonin at evenings 6 - 8 mls.

my daughter is on one its vyvance she uses it for school only and was on strattera for night time. check it out.

You get the diffusers at walmart. The oils there as well research under essential oils what blend works for what you need. Eucalyptus is good for congestion you add 2 -3 drops in the water.
