I live in pa where you can qualify for medical assistance for a child with a serious illness regardless of income or the presence of private insurance as a safety net. My grandchild who has been diagnosed with autism lives in Connecticut. Does such a safety net for privately insured non poverty parents of an autistic child exist in Connecticut?
