We are considering adding Omega 3 supplements to our daughter and we had some advice to introduce the above mentioned supplement. Any experiences with it or any other Omega 3 product? How do usually calculate dosage?

I use barleans fish oil with omega 3 and its liquid with lemon flavor and has dosing on bottle .

Our doctor recomended adding Omega Brite liquid fish oil and it helps our daughter.
