Teeth Grinding And Cloth Biting
A MyAutismTeam Member asked a question 💭

My 3yo daughter with ASD is grinding her teeth and also biting on comforter (duvets) and quilts. Seems to be her sensory issues. Anything I can do here? Someone suggested Chew Stixx which is kind of oral forget to co trol these sensory things? Any suggestions, experiences are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

my son bites on all his toys and grinds his teeth so much i can here him grinding when hes not doing it.... I kind of just redirect him and stay on it.. my son has asd but in my opinion its not bad.. when i tell him no dont bite his toys he stops and waits until i walk away to do it again and then i take them and i ask him if hes going to listen when tell im not to do something he says yes of course and he wont do it for a while... every day its a repeat of saying and doing the same thing.. but do not give up!

Thanks @A MyAutismTeam Member. I ordered a couple from them. Let's see if it helps. She has a vibrating tooth brush which she uses occassionally but not always.
